FIELD: physics, nuclear physics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device incorporates the head and tail parts coupled by a hexagonal pipe. The head part includes a spring block made up of six spring-loaded stops arranged in bores of the head part top and extending therefrom and a hexagonal bundle of heat-emitting elements locked in spacer grids fitted all along the pipe length and locked in the lower thrust grid adjoining the aforesaid tail part. The springs of the head part spring block represent minor-rigidity springs designed to be pre-compressed with the help of stop travel limiters. The location of the said bores is selected proceeding from the condition of preservation of the head part durability of a head part and absence of hindrances in reloading the cartridges.
