FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: When forming and stacking some wave windings (10) connected with jumpers of the face part in the sheet cores of rotors and stators of electrical machines are installed into rod-like pocket (22) in one time. Together with it they are fed tangental to the rotor sheet core with radially opened outwards grooves. When rotor sheet core is rotated at corresponding its periphery speed in tangental movement of wave windings (10) the jumpers (12) are fed into the rotor sheet core grooves. Note that in compliance with the proposed invention, the wave windings (10) are cut from continiously formed strip (52) of wave wimdimg prior to laying them into rod-like pocket (22) and one half of the face part (14) at least partially by plastic strain is pushed selectively from the surface joining the pace part (14) of jumpers (12) into radially opened outwards grooves (89) of the sheet core of stator or rotor-like transmitting tools (88) sheet core. At that jumpers (12) of wave windings (10) are located in rod-like pocket (22).
EFFECT: simplification of stacking method of wave winding rotor or stator sheet cores of the electrical machines.
