FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by onions cutting and browning in melted fat, dried mushrooms blanching and cutting and mixing of listed ingredients with table salt and hot pepper to get mince. Pork is cut and chopped, mince is stuffed into it, pork is coated with wheat flour, soaked in liaison, coated with wheat dried breadcrumbs and fried in melted fat to get cutlets. Potato is cut and fried in melted fat, carrots and parsley root are cut and browned in margarine, prunes are blanched and cut. The fresh green peas are frosted. Carrots, potatoes, prunes, green peas, parsley root sugar and table salt are mixed without oxygen access. Cutlets, side dish and melted fat is packed, sealed and sterilised at definite proportion of ingredients.
EFFECT: product of higher assimilability.
