FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for registration of pulse wave propagation speed includes arterial pulse sensors and electronic unit connected parallel to the sensors. Arterial pulse sensor includes a sequence of piezoelectric plate, first amplifier, high frequency filter, low frequency filter, second amplifier, microcontroller connected parallel to memory unit, wireless data transfer module, antenna, and battery power source. Electronic unit includes antenna, wireless data transfer module, microcontroller, memory element, display controller, display, keyboard, GSM modem, USB driver, USB port, battery power source. Electronic unit is not connected to arterial pulse sensors, and interaction with PC can be performed over wire and wireless interface. Number of sensors can randomly vary from 2 to 64.

EFFECT: enhanced research objectivity and reliability, mobility and scale range, ensured integration with PC.
