SUBSTANCE: control device of the vehicle contains a protective housing, which houses the microcontroller; the first power supply; user identification means; means of cryptographic protection of information; means for displaying information with a keyboard; global navigation satellite system module; means of receiving and transmitting data via wireless communication channels; connectors on the housing for connecting external functional elements, the protective housing consists of two blocks, the first of which includes the first microcontroller connected to the cryptographic information protection facility, the global navigation satellite system module, the BLE modem for transmitting traffic data from external measuring instruments, and the second housing unit includes a second microcontroller connected to the BLE modem to receive motion data from the first BLE modem; touch screen for display and manual input of information; photo-video camera for user identification.
EFFECT: improved control of the driver's personality.
