FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy. The method involves treatment both paravertebrally and within affected greater joints of legs. Paravertebrally, extensor of the back is treated with vibromassage. Vibromassage is applied at frequency 40 Hz, for 2-3 minutes, from both sides simultaneously. Point vibromassage covers a projection of facet joints of vertebras L4-S 1 for 30 seconds on each of 6 points. It is followed with regional vibromassage of an area of affected leg joints. 20 - 30 minutes later, vibromassage is followed with the introduction of an ozone-oxygen mixture at ozone concentration 5 mg/l. The ozone-oxygen mixture is introduced in 4 - 6 symmetric paravertebral points at level L4-S1 and in 4 - 6 periarticular points within the affected leg joints.
EFFECT: method reduces length of treatment and provides prolonged remission.
