FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes flotation and removal of light and heavy particles from water suspension of ashes and/or slag. Complete recycling is performed in single reactor with production of several useful products in a certain sequence. Carry-over ashes of thermal power plant and/or ground boiler slag are loaded in reactor, flooded with water and mixed to prepare water suspension and, if required, adding surface active agents and substances changing water density to water for control of light and heavy fractions. Then popped-up light particles are removed from reactor, sodium hydroxide is introduced in reactor, as a result liquid technical glass is produced and released from reactor. Remaining contents is flushed by water to prepare alkalescent solution, which is also discharged from reactor. Then stage by stage the remainder is treated by reagents at temperatures increased to 100°C to dissolve metal compounds and to produce electrolytes released from reactor. In every above mentioned operation ashes and/or slag is mixed with added reagents, and undissolved residue is discharged from reactor last of all.
EFFECT: recycling method has been improved.
