FIELD: non-waste technologies of fuel combustion.
SUBSTANCE: method involves correction of fuel composition by introduction of inorganic additives, allows use of mixed fuel for directed production of energy-intensive microspherical materials with controlled dispersion. Mixture is mechanically activated and homogenised by coarse grinding with working bodies, and combustion is carried out in air enriched with oxygen, which is obtained on selective membranes using waste gases as carrier, at temperature in reactor higher than melting point of averaged inorganic component. Complete cleaning of waste gases is carried out at cooling in several stages. After diluted off-gases and bio-cleaning in greenhouse carbon dioxide is used as additional fertilizer in greenhouses for production of plant products.
EFFECT: obtaining clean energy, microspherical materials and other products from carbon-containing resources, rational use of fuel, cleaning of off-gases, environmental safety.
