FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of controlling polymer fine-dispersive particle in gas-phase polymerisation. Described is method of gas-phase polymerisation including: (1) obtaining solution of catalyst precursor, containing mixture of magnesium and titanium, electron donor and solvent; (2) addition to stage (1) solution of filler with suspension formation; (3) dispersion drying of stage (2) suspension at temperature from 100 to 140°C with formation of dried by dispersion precursor; (4) slurrying of dried by dispersion precursor from stage (3) in mineral oil; (5) partial pre-activation of catalyst precursor by contacting stage (4) suspension with one or more Lewis acid applying one or more static mixers on (technological) line, where molar ratio of Lewis acid to electron donor in catalyst precursor constitutes from approximately 0.1:1 to approximately 0.75:1; and (6) bringing partially activated stage (5) precursor under conditions of piston flow into reactor for gas-phase olefin polymerisation and addition into reactor of activator, where activator contacts with catalyst for from 10 minutes to 6 hours, and density of polymer which includes ethylene obtained according to the method, constitutes at least 0.93 g/cm3.

EFFECT: reduction of formation of fine-dispersive particles during gas-phase polymerisation.
