SUBSTANCE: material is provided for protection against corrosion of external surfaces of main and oil-, gas-, delivery duct and pipeline of different purposes and tanks, and also as repair material for insulation of damages of main insulation. Material consists of main layer, mastic layer and anti- adhesive layer, contains in the capacity of main layer polymerous strip, in the capacity of mastic material contains bitumen, asphalt - resinous compositions, resolvent, thermoelastolayer, plasticiser, modifying agent, at following ratio of components, wt %: bitumen 3-5, asphalt - resinous compositions 65-82, resolvent 5, thermoelastolayer 3-7, plasticiser 6-15, glue AC-M 1-3.
