FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas, specifically to improvement of hydraulic conductivity of sand injected in a crack within hydraulic formation breakdown in oil recovery process. Proppant material is hard, elastic particles in the form of plates or grating plates, made of anticorrosive material, herewith plate dimensions are 2-4 x 6-10 mm at different or the same thickness within the range 100-300 mcn. Plates should be warp-free, made of stainless steel or low-carbon steel with corrosion-resistant coating. Method consists in hydraulic formation breakdown wherein at least a part of crack is filled with proppant material in the form of rigid elastic plates and/or grating plates made as specified above. Inventions are developed in dependent patent claims.
EFFECT: practically complete prevention of sand ejection, considerable increase of sand pack permeability and prevention of fine proppant formation.
