FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry and can be used to increase efficiency of producing wells by means of preventing closure of fractures by implementing propping granules-proppant, when carrying out hydraulic break of pay out oil reservoirs. According to the method of proppant production, including preparing raw material, mixing, granulating, drying and roasting, surface of a granule-proplant is processed at the stage of granulating and roasting; this results in roughness corresponding to two criteria of surface roughness A and B changing in the following intervals: A=0.0085-0.85, B=0.001-1.0; also an additional layer of component is applied at a half-finished granule at the granulating stage; this component has the temperature of melting lower, than the temperature of roasting of a basic granule, where: , , n is medium number of roughness per 1 mm2 of proppant granule surface, n is medium height of roughness, D is diameter in case of spherical shape of proppant or length of bigger axis in case of elliptical shape of proppant. Proppant presents a particle of spherical or elliptical shape made out of ceramic polymer materials, out of metal or glass the surface of which is made non-uniformly rough by means of above said method. The invention is developed in dependent claims.
EFFECT: increased withdrawal of fluid from reservoir at implementation of hydro-break technology.
