SUBSTANCE: invention concerns field of instrument making and application in systems of the account of the rate of flux of the electric power can find. To deductions of the third winding through the rectifier by driving deductions the bidirectional triode thyristor is connected. Through the bidirectional triode thyristor the electromagnet is connected to an exit of the uniphase counter with two closing contacts. Through one of contacts the winding is connected to an exit of the uniphase counter. The winding is reeled on other core of the closed magnetic circuit. Contact is connected to deductions of a current winding of the uniphase counter with releaser of peak current and contact without releaser. Automatic cuts are connected consistently between a target deduction of a current winding of the uniphase counter and an input deduction of the upper combined winding.

EFFECT: neutralisation of error of electric power, simplification of plan and increase of reliability of operation of electric metre.
