FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of electrical measuring instruments for metering and control of electricity consumption in three-phase electric mains, and namely to multifunctional multirate meters which are installed without electricity cutoff and purposed for technical and fiscal metering of consumed electricity, power and control of electrical parameters in coarse of time. Mobile device for control of electricity metering that contains terminal block connecting voltage sensors block with power supply unit with clamps connected to supply mains, microcontroller connected through analogue-to-digital converter to voltage sensors block and connected to non-volatile memory, RS-485 interface, LCD display, LED indicator, optical port, back-up power supply source for current time clock built-in into microcontroller and power supply unit. Distinction of the device lies in additional connection of unit for automatic switching of measurement range to the analogue-to-digital converter; this unit receives signal from clamp transformer that takes readings from the supply mains; the transformer is equipped with key locks and fed from power supply unit to which connector for peripheral devices (videoregister and electronic device) is connected through fuse.
