In the subsurface sondage method with synthetising of radio hologrammes and restoration on them of the images, grounded on radiation in flowing i time moment (i=1...N) a sounding signal in an opening point of a transmitting antenna and, reception reflected from the subsurface space of signals and recording of private radio hologrammes in all opening points of a receiving antenna, drawing up of a resultant of the radio hologramme and restoration on it of the subsurface space image, according to the invention prestressly shape a number of controlling fields of an irradiation of the subsurface space with sounding signals choose proceeding from representation of some irradiation fields of the subsurface space the generalised Fourier series, and a resultant the radio hologramme for an irradiation controlling field make in the form of the weighed total of private radio hologrammes with weight coefficients aij in conformity spotted with expression.
