FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the electrical engineering and may be used for production of discontinuous tape magnetic cores for electrical engineering, radio engineering and instrument designing and etc. Production method for discontinuous tape magnetic core includes winding of magnetic core, curing and cutting. The turns are bound by several wire turns in points, which are higher or lower cutting lines of magnetic core rods. Preliminary, wire winding points are insulated at magnetic core rods. The wire start and end is fixed to the external turn of magnetic core so that wire end is necessarily insulated from the external turn of magnetic core. The magnetic core is cut and its ends are mechanically grinded in.
EFFECT: improved quality of magnetic core, increased working efficiency, reduced power consumption and magnetic core production costs due to the absence of special process equipment, fittings and time-consuming processes such as enamel impregnation in vacuum chamber, drying and etc.
