FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in making magnetic cores for transformers, throttles, motors in electrical engineering, radio engineering, instrument engineering and other industries. Cores of tape magnetic conductors cutting method comprises connection of wire electrode-tool and core consisting of belt layers to process voltage source, supply to electrolyte processing zone, rewinding of wire electrode tool and its working feed to part. Connecting the core to the process voltage source is performed through an electrode adjacent to the end part of the core. Electrode is in contact with each core layer.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of cutting of tape magnetic conductors cores from any ferromagnetic magnetically soft materials with increasing level of magnetic characteristics of the split magnetic conductors.
