FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to production of disperse magnetic conductors, which can be used at negative temperatures. Method involves formation of body of magnetic conductor of electrical steel with dimension of particles 0.001-0.35 mm, which is placed into mold cavity, having at least two partitions with thickness of 0.4 mm. Powder particles is mixed with electrolyte in amount of 1.0-1.8 % of volume of metal powder, after which form is placed in environment with temperature below freezing temperature of electrolyte by 5-78 °C, after hardening of electrolyte parts of magnetic conductor are removed from mould, installed on it coil, at that, ends of magnetic conductors are wetted with mixture containing electrolyte and particles of electrical steel, connected to each other and placed in temperatures environment below freezing point of electrolyte.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is composition of electrolyte at its freezing provides formation of monolithic structure of magnetic conductor without reducing its magnetic characteristics.
