FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: whippable non-diary creams (NDC) with low fat content (approx. 10 to 25 wt % of NDC-product) comprise water phase that contains at least oat base in the amount approx. 50 to 90 wt % of NDC-product, and fat phase that contains at least fat and emulsifier. Wherein the emulsifier is used in the amount of 1.2 wt % or less of NDC-product. Invention also concerns a method of manufacturing whippable non-diary creams, and also whippable non-diary creams obtained by the said method.
EFFECT: creams have suitable stability, quickly melt in the mouth and leaves no fatty marks.
