FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: chicken eggs are boiled, shelled and cut. Fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, radish, paprika and olives cut and blanched. Lettuce and basil are cut and frozen. Tuna fillet, sardine fillet and pickles are cut. Garlic and celeriac are blanched and strained. The listed ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, salt, calcium acetate, mustard, black pepper, mid hot red pepper and oregano without access of oxygen. The obtained mixture and vegetable oil are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility up to 1,3·105.
