FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing tinned snacks due to boiling, shelling and cutting hen eggs; cutting and roasting rabbit meat in melted butter; cutting and blanching potatoes, cucumbers and tomatoes; cutting and freezing green onions, lettuce and parsley greens; cutting marinated mushrooms; reducing garlic and brown onions upon a chopper; freezing fresh grains of green peas and mixing the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with tomato paste, acetic acid, sugar, common salt, hot black pepper, Jamaica pepper, clove, cinnamon and mustard; mixing sour cream and mayonnaise and packing the mixtures obtained with subsequent sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture canned food being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
