FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is produced by cutting, browning in melted butter and mincing carrots and onions, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes, marrows and parsley roots, freezing and mincing beet tops and herbs, mincing meat, simmering beans up to double increase in weight and mincing the beans, and mixing the listed ingredients with sour cream, bone broth, tomato paste, salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of myxomycete biomass, black pepper and laurel leaves, and packing the obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility of product.
