FIELD: medicine; traumatology, orthopaedics.
SUBSTANCE: essence of method lies in replacement of lost first palm finger with preliminary prepared foot toe. As donor transplant, radial skin and fascial flap, transplanted on foot, is used. Second foot toe is wrapped with fascial part of flap with application of anastomoses "end-to-end" on radial artery of flap and dorsal artery of foot, as well as on respective comitant veins. Size and form of skin part of radial flap is cut out taking into account future defect in region of 1 metacarpal bone and first interdigital space. After three weeks free transplantation of preliminary prepared tissue complex on palm is carried out with application of anastomoses on vessels of formed vascular pedicle and recipient vessels in zone of reconstruction.
EFFECT: possibility to reconstruct first palm finger using free transplantation of formed axial tissue complex.
