SUBSTANCE: proposed appliance comprises a crossbar with inner spherical pocket and slot. Note that a rotary ball with cut sides to suit the slow width and adjustable-length screws are fitted into the said pocket through the aforesaid slot. The inner spherical pocket features the diameter making 2.5 of the crossbar width, while the crossbar wall can elastically deform. Note also that ball width makes 1.15 to 1.25 of the crossbar width and the ball central bore accommodates a taper note also that the adjustable-length screws feature sharpened tips.
EFFECT: higher quality of processing outer surfaces of cast and forged hollow blanks.
