FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device is intended for fixation during machining of rocket engine body, having front part and bottom with hole, and comprises clamping cartridge with cams. According to the first version, it is equipped with a mandrel with a pipe and a threaded hole, a clamping element and an opening rest with rollers intended for fixation of the front part of the body and installation on the lathe guides. At that, said mandrel is installed in cylindrical channel of cartridge, and pressing element is made with possibility of fixation of rocket engine housing to cams of cartridge, made with bores, through hole in its bottom when screwing into threaded hole of said mandrel. According to the second version, it is provided with a clamping element and an opening resting with rollers intended for fixation of the front part of the body and installation on the lathe guides. At that, the cartridge has a thrust platform with a threaded hole in the center for screwing of a clamping element configured to fix the rocket engine housing to the cartridge cams through a hole in its bottom, and to the cams of the cartridge there rigidly fixed are bases made in the form of a prism and along width and length not exceeding the length and width of the cams, on the top of which the ring steps are made, in which are rigidly installed tips made in form of part of ring on inner cylindrical surfaces of which there are annular grooves. Clamping element can be made in form of screw with disc.
