FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil and gas industry, and namely to killing of low-temperature gas condensate wells prior to the well repair under conditions of subpressure and low permeability of the formation. Method of killing low-temperature gas condensate well, which involves subsequent injection of spacer, blocking and kill fluids into the well, consists in the fact that first of all there is methanol injected, and the well is warmed-up by its being brought into operation through a flare line, water mixed with gas condensate is forced by gas supply from bottom of well to the formation; there injected is spacer fluid - stable gas condensate, then kill fluid consisting of the following, wt %: sodium chloride 6.0-20.0, polycarbonates 6.0, water 74.0-88.0; after that, blocking fluid consisting either of the following, wt %: sodium chloride 6.0-20.0, polycarbonates 18.0, water 62.0-76.0, or wt %: sodium chloride 10.0-20.0, Robus-G polymer 1.0-1.5, water 78.5-89.0, its forcing-through with kill fluid till injection pressure increases by 2-3 MPa; at that injection of spacer, blocking and kill fluids is performed through the well casing annulus.

EFFECT: improving the killing reliability of the above wells under conditions of subpressure and low permeability of the formation.
