FIELD: heating systems, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying equipment, and namely to devices intended for drying solutions and suspensions, and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. Device used for drying solutions and suspensions in fluidised bed of inert matters consists of a chamber with gas-distributing grid whereunder located is a gas-supply duct, and atomisers arranged in the bed of inert matters, at that atomisers are fixed on a cross beam installed on a vertical hollow drive shaft with the possibility of rotation and vertical movement, and under gas-distributing grid there located is supply branch pipe of secondary heat carrier with a slot nozzle. According to the invention, gas-distributing grid is made in the form of a perforated washer connected with a perforated displacement cone, which is attached along external diameter between chamber and gas-supply duct, and along internal diameter - to the bottom of displacement cone; and to the lower part of cross beam there rigidly attached is a pin whereon along its axis provided are at least two trapezoid-shaped grooves interconnecting with elastic trapezoid-shaped members fixed on a front upper part of the cylinder installed so that it can rotate in the duct connected with supply duct of secondary heat carrier; at that, duct is located at the casing bottom; and to the cylinder perpendicular to its axis there connected is a supply branch pipe of secondary heat carrier which has along top generatrix a slot nozzle arranged under gas-distributing grid with a clearance of 0.5...1.0 mm; at that cylinder rotates in a stuffing box.

EFFECT: improving capacity of the device, and reducing sticking of material being dried to inert matters.
