FIELD: drying installation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to installations designed to dry solutions and suspensions and can be used in chemical, food and other industries. The installation to dry solutions and suspensions in the inert bodies layer incorporates a chamber with a gas distributing grate and a gas inlet duct housing a secondary heat carrier feed branch pipe with a slot nozzle fitted on the drive shaft, rotary nozzles fitted on a crossbar and in the inert bodies layer. Note that the gas distributing represents a perforated washer coupled with a perforated displacing cone, the said washer outer diameter being attached between the chamber and the gas feed duct and the said washer inner diameter being attached to the displacing cone base. The said cone houses a coaxial secondary heat carrier feed tapered branch pipe furnished with, at least, one slot nozzle arranged along the generating line and with the gap relative to the cone surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drying, ruling out the sticking of dried material onto inert bodies.
