FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying method of dispersed materials, and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. This is achieved in the following way: device used for drying solutions and suspensions in inert material fluidised bed consists of a drying chamber with an atomiser, a movable gas-distributing grid in lower part of the device, which is made in the form of a rotary hollow punched cylinder engaged with a sprocket wheel, the tooth profile of which corresponds to the form of cylinder punch, and inside the cylinder there arranged are grinding bodies. In addition in the device there provided is an impingement plate which is made in the form of a system of strings located in horizontal planes throughout the section of conical expanding part of a drying chamber and fixed on internal walls thereof with rims. At that strings are fixed between pins in the form of beams thus forming conical surfaces with their tops directed to each other, besides on each rim in its central part there fixed is a disk whereto strings are attached. Atomiser is of acoustic type and consists of a body with an inside located ultrasonic generator in the form of a nozzle and ring resonance chamber. Body is made in the form of a vertically located cylindrical sleeve, in upper part whereof there arranged is an air supply tube, and normal to its axis there located is liquid supply tube, at that inside the body, coaxially therewith there rigidly arranged is a sleeve with upper and lower flanges, besides lower flange is rigidly fixed in a groove made in the body, and inside the sleeve coaxially therewith there arranged is ring resonance chamber made in the form of a cup with conical surface. At that the cup is pressed on a pin with diameter d of resonance chamber, and in its tail end arranged are locking disks made in the form of elastic lobes interacting with sleeve internal surface. In lower flange there located is at least one nozzle at an angle of 20°÷40° to resonance chamber axis, at that continued part of nozzle axis lies on the circle located in the central part of conical surface, and on the sleeve internal surface there made are coaxial conical and cylindrical holes.
