FIELD: weaponry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocket engineering and can be used for active control over clouds to prevent hail-storms and to initiate rainfall. The proposed rocket launcher comprises a base, post, rotary support arranged on the said post to run about its axis and incorporating a latch. The said rotary support accommodates a swinging platform with manual drive and guide units furnished with channels to house the rockets. To clamp the rocket launcher at required angle of elevation, the launcher is provided with a clamping device representing arc-like guides arranged in symmetry on both sides of the swinging platform. Each of the said guides comprises an arc-like channel receiving the rotary support clamping device with a mechanical latch. The manual drive represents a handle making a lever relative to the axis of rotation of the said swinging platform and is arranged on the platform breech house side. The elevation angle scale represents an arc-like plate with divisions and is arranged on the arc-like guide concentrically to the swinging platform axis. The pointer is attached to the swinging platform housing at the level of the aforesaid scale of the angle of elevation.
EFFECT: ease of servicing, higher accuracy of aiming relative to angle of elevation.
