FIELD: rocket equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to active actions on clouds in order to prevent hail-damage, floods and mudflows of storm water origin using anti-hail rockets. Device comprises a pivoting device, on which is arranged with possibility of rotation on azimuth and elevation of a block of guides with channels for placing missiles, as well as PU control system. Control system includes a remote control panel consisting of a keyboard, a controller and a first radio modem for transmitting control commands to the UE, and a second radio modem placed on the UE, to the output of which a second controller is connected, to three outputs of which a horizontal and vertical homing drives and a control unit of electric missile launching circuits. Support-turning device is made in the form of rotary table revolving around vertical axis, on which there are two vertical supports, in one of which there is a vertical guidance drive, and in the second - a horizontal guidance drive. Between vertical supports there is a block of guides capable of rotating in vertical plane about horizontal axis by 180°, wherein rotation axis of unit is located at centre of gravity on half charged assembly of guides.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of UE application and active actions on hail clouds due to increased speed of homing and rate of firefighting, as well as exclusion of formation of dead zone in space over UE.
