SUBSTANCE: baby formula for alimentation of infants beginning with the first months of their lives contains a protein source, a lipid source, a carbohydrate source and a probiotic component. The lipid source contains at least one long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid. Proteins of modified sweet dairy whey, free of or low in casein-glycomacropeptide (CGMP), may account for at least 40% of the total amount of proteins. Combination of a probiotic component with a lipid source containing at least one long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid in baby formulae for alimentation of infants beginning with the first months of their lives is a solution providing for the infant's genetic immunity stimulation.
