FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and chopped; garlic is blanched and strained. Lettuce and green parsley are chopped and frozen; onions are cut and blanched. Sardine fillet is sliced; beans are boiled till 150% increase of weight. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, culinary salt, calcium acetate and hot black pepper under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
