FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and chopped. Potatoes, onions and lemons are cut and blanched. Green onions are chopped and frozen. Fresh green peas are frozen. Cod liver is cut. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with culinary salt and calcium citrate under oxygen-free conditions. The resultant mixture and vegetable oil are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility of preserve foods (digestibility value = 2,5·105).
