SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes hen egg boiling, shelling and cutting; beef cutting and roasting in melt butter; potato, tomato and onion cutting and blanching; carrot and beet blanching and cutting; parsley green cutting and freezing; cherry without stones blanching; fresh green pea freezing; salt cucumber cutting. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with table salt, citric acid, mustard, and caraway. Obtained mixture is pre-packed, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
