PROCEDURE OF SURGICAL CORRECTION OF PYLORUS MALFUNCTION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: areflux mechanism is formed in initial parts of pyloric (P) cap. It is accompanied with dissection, separation and removal of point of serous-muscular layers of P cap anterior wall that is followed by successive single-layer interrupted suturing. P prepyloric pouch is formed. Therefore serous-muscular membrane of P cap anterior wall is incised immediately below the pylorus transversely with transiting incision line to P cap lesser and greater curvature. Distal incision of serous-muscular membrane of P cap anterior wall is arciform, thus connecting proximal incision ends. The vertex of arciform incision is 18-20 cm distanced from the pylorus. After point of serous-muscular layers of intestinal wall separated between incisions, is removed, 5-7 interrupted sutures are applied, thus passing through the edge of arciform incision of P serous-muscular membrane and abdominal serous-muscular layers. Sutures are applied symmetrically relative to the pylorus axis and sequentially fixed. Herewith P cap anterior wall is proximally shifted. Anterior semicircumference of the pylorus is invaginated in pyloric cap lumen.

EFFECT: prevented regurgitant complications.
