SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method of treatment of ovarian carcinoma using 9-oxoacridine-10-acetic acid (A) and/or its salt and/or ester in combination with one or more chemotherapeutic agent, as well as development of A preparation and set of the specified medical products for treatment of the given pathology. Method is ensured that patient suffering from ovarian carcinoma takes A, and/or salts and/or ester in combination with one or more chemotherapeutic agent in amount effective to potentiate action of the specified chemotherapeutic agent. Furthermore, (A) and/or its salt and/or ester in combination with one or more chemotherapeutic agent can be used as preparation or as a set. Application of A and/or its salts and/or esters provide inhibition of NF-kappaB protein.
EFFECT: intensified sensitivity of ovarian carcinoma cells to antiproliferative action of chemotherapeutic agents and their combinations.
