FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of fluorite ores and can be used to produce high purity fluorite concentrates suitable for use in the optical industry without the use of flotation enrichment. Method of the fluorite ores enrichment includes ore crushing and screening. Initial ore is screened into three size classes. Large class is crushed, directed for screening with the release of a take-off product, which, together with a middle class, is enriched in heavy media suspensions to produce true tailings, which are directed into the dump, and a rough concentrate that is crushed and, together with a small class and an undersize product, is enriched in heavy liquids or by table concentration with precipitation of true tailings, which are directed into the dump and concentrate. Latter is directed for chemical dressing during which the final concentrate is obtained.
EFFECT: producing high-purity fluorite concentrates.
