FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fluorite ores processing and can be used to produce high-quality fluorite concentrates suitable for use, in the chemical and optical industries by a “dry” scheme, i.e. without the use of water. Method of the fluorite ores enrichment includes ore crushing, screening and separation. Initial ore is screened into three size classes. Large class is crushed and sent for screening. Resulting minus material is combined with a small class. Plus material together with the middle class is subjected to radiometric separation with the finished concentrate, tailings and rough concentrate separation. Rough concentrate is refined and, together with a small class and minus material is subjected to fine-seated radiometric sorting with separation of the tailings, which are sent to the dump, and rough concentrate, which is further subjected to radiometric separation with separation of the tailings, which are sent to the dump, and rough concentrate. Latter is refined and sent to the electrical separation. Finished concentrates are sent for further processing, and the tailings are sent to the dump.
EFFECT: production of high-quality fluorite concentrates without the use of water.
