FIELD: construction, equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the hoisting and handling machinery. The first version of the device comprises a housing attached by means of movable or fixed joint to the hoisting machine and capable of interacting with its cable, and angular position sensor installed inside the housing, sensor output processing electronics, and also at least one additional tensiometer and/or a load sensor on the load-handling device and/or a fall block position sensor and/or a load-handling device position sensor. Outputs of the angular position sensor and at least one of the above additional sensors are connected to the sensor output processing electronics inputs. The second version of the device comprises a housing, inside of which one angular position sensor or two angular position sensors are installed in two mutually perpendicular planes, and a block, through which the cable is inserted, attached to the housing or integral with the housing, and a tool for hanging the housing on the hoisting machine, sensor output processing electronics, length and tension transducer for the tool for hanging the housing on the hoisting machine or the fall block proximity sensor.
EFFECT: measurement of the resulting cable inclination angle when the cable is deviated in two planes simultaneously, simplified design, improved reliability and measurement accuracy, and also enhanced functionality.
