FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: The invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering and can be used in monitoring, protection and control systems in the security systems of various hoisting machines. When exchanging information, sequential transmission of information about the operating parameters and control signals of the mechanisms of the hoisting machine is provided through the power wires (11) of these modules using a high-frequency signal, including the exchange of information with the module (1) located on the movable component of the hoisting machine - to its load-carrying/load-handling body or near it. Each module contains a microcontroller (5) equipped with a serial interface, a transceiver/transceiver of a high-frequency signal (9) and an impedance matching device (10) of the high-frequency inputs/outputs of the transceiver/transceiver (9) and power wires (11) of this module. In particular embodiments of the security system, shielding of power wires (11), use of metal structures (mass) of the lifting machine as a second wire, transmission of supply voltage and information signals through a cable drum (14), installation of a blocking filter (15) at the output of the power source Vcc security system, receiving and transmitting high-frequency signals using the frequency hopping spread spectrum method, and using the power wire to implement an antenna, enabling information exchange between the security system and the radio remote control of the hoisting machine.
EFFECT: exclusion of the influence of the safety system of the hoisting machine on the range of possible movements of its load-carrying/load-handling body while ensuring the minimum number of connecting wires between the modules of the security system, as well as the exclusion of restrictions on the location of these modules on the hoisting machine.
