SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing o geo-textiles, used for reinforcing slopes for automobile and other roads, for quick securing of erosive earth or slopes due to planting on them grass and other plants. Web contains plant seeds, which are spun in the yarn, forming a structure of the textile web, and the web is saturated with fertiliser. The web can be fabric, woven or non-woven.

EFFECT: creating a textile web with a low material-output ratio, which provides durable fixation of seeds in the web, and the web in the beginning stages provides food for the seeds due to the fertiliser put in it.
