FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to displacement-type hydraulic drives and can be used as a separate drive of vehicle wheels, loading machine drives, winches drives and the like. The proposed hydraulic machine has a housing, a drive, idler and driven helical gear fitted on three shafts. The driving and idler gears make the vehicle wheel drive, while the driven and idler gears make a pump. The said vehicle wheel drive inlet communicates via control valve with the hydraulic accumulator, while its outlet communicates with the pump inlet. The pump outlet communicates via hydraulic booster with the aforesaid control valve connected to the working fluid discharge tank. The hydraulic accumulator communicates with the external hydraulic pump. Note that the helical gear profile in a normal state is elliptical with the larger axis located radially.
EFFECT: higher drive efficiency, provision of rotation, braking and reversing.
