FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubricating system of closed type of self-sufficiency and can be used for lubrication of high-loaded gear drives and its bearing assemblies, used in energy, shaft equipment, in drives of sea and river ships, in reducers etc. Self-lubricating gear drive contains casing (1), mounted on shafts (2, 3) spiral wheels (5, 6). Teeth and concaves of spiral wheels in medium section allows ellipsoid profile with by radius located major axis of ellipse, equal to product of minor axis of ellipse for secant of teeth inclination. Block envelopes from the side of suction by segmented extracts external surfaces of wheels. Jaw (8) is located from the side of decreasing space between wheels butts and wall of casing. Spring-loaded plungers (8, 9) are located in black and jaw (8). From rotation of wheel it happens suction of oil into inter-teeth cavities and its extrusion in axial direction, and through channels in jaw (8), shafts (2,3) it is implemented feeding of oil into bearing assemblies. Oil, absorbed and moved lengthwise the axis of wheel pair, distend for value of clearance in engagement wheels, with what it is created oil-film wedge between tooth and cavity of wheels, and also between journal and opening of bearing.
EFFECT: increasing of durability, load-carrying ability and coefficient of efficiency of gear drive in whole.
