The information-measuring system includes a path of measuring of the frequency, including the antenna, the amplifier-terminator the power divider, the frequency-selective block, M of the frequency channels, the M-channel block of calculation of frequency, the mixer, the band-pass filter, the block of the additional frequency analysis, the controllabled heterodyne with the guidance block, the direction finding path containing N direction-finding channels and the block of calculation of a direction, amplitude and duration of impulses and the shaper of data cards of signals.

EFFECT: increase of measurement accuracy and expansion of functionality.
