FIELD: physics; communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to devices for coding, decoding and the data transmission, presented by optical signals, in particular, to the circuit changers of optical signals applied in computer networks. The device contains 2N logic blocks, N=1, 2, 3, .... The logic block contains first, second and third inlets-exits. The first inlet-exit of the logic block with number J=1, 2, ..., 2N is inlet-exit Jth of the channel of the circuit changer. The second inlet-exit of the logic block with odd number J=1, 3, 5, ..., 2N-1 is joined to the second inlet-exit of the logic block with the nearest major even number J=2, 4, 6, ..., 2N. The third inlet-exit of the logic block with even number J=2, 4, 6, ..., 2N-2 is joined to the third inlet-exit of the logic block with the nearest major odd number J=3, 5, 7, ..., 2N-1. The third inlet-exit of the logic block with number J=2N is the first inlet-exit in addition entered (2N+1)th the circuit changer channel. The third inlet-exit of the logic block with number J=1 is the second inlet-exit (2N+1)th the circuit changer channel.
EFFECT: simplification of the circuit changer of optical signals and expansion of its functionality.
