SUBSTANCE: invention concerns to devices for coding, decoding and data transmission, presented by optical signals, in particular, to the circuit changers of optical signals applied in computer networks. The circuit changer contains five logic blocks. The logic block contains the first-fifth inlets-exits. The first inlet-exit of the first-fifth logic blocks is accordingly an inlet-exit of the first-fifth channels of the circuit changer. The Second-fifth inlets-exits of the first logic block are joined accordingly to the second inlet-exit of the fifth logic block, with the third inlet-exit of the second logic block, with the fourth inlet-exit of the fourth logic block and with the fifth inlet-exit of the third logic block. The second, fourth and fifth inlets-exits of the second logic block are joined accordingly to the second inlet-exit of the third logic block. With the third inlet-exit of the fourth logic block and with the fourth inlet-exit of the fifth logic block, the third and fourth inlets-exits of the third logic block are joined accordingly to the second inlet-exit of the fourth logic block and with the third inlet-exit of the fifth logic block. The fifth inlet-exit of the fourth logic block is joined to the fifth inlet-exit of the fifth logic block.
EFFECT: simplification of the circuit changer of optical signals and expansion of its functionality.
