FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to electrical engineering. The method of increasing quality of audio signal in a current conducting cable lies in reducing the inter-conductor capacitance in the cable to a level of not more than 25 pf by spacing the negatively and positively charged conductors in that cable by not less than 2 cm. The tone balance of the audio signal is regulated by converging conductors of the cable until equalisation of the amplitude of the input and output signals in that cable. The current conducting cable comprises two conductors insulated from each other, put inside an insulating jacket, and the ends of which are connected to connectors. To provide for regulation of the inter-conductor capacitance, the insulating jacket is made into a tape, at the ends of which are tied conductors, placed on the section between connectors spaced by not less than 2 cm. The tape is such that its edges can be joined together on at least part of its length, so as to converge the conductors.

EFFECT: elimination of the effect of current flow in conductors on the useful signal.
