FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flexible armoured cable. Cable consists of twisted pairs, made in the form of twisted current-conducting cores with insulation from organosilicon rubber, and an individual screen made of a fire-retardant substrate from a glass tape, and an alumoflex tape with a drain conductor wrapped with a PET-F film. Cable also contains a cord from a polymer halogen-free composition, a water-blocking substrate, a combined screen from an alumoflex tape and a braid of tinned copper wires, inner shell with filling of outer gaps from non-hygroscopic polymer halogen-free composition, armour from steel galvanized wires and outer shell from polymer halogen-free composition. At that, multiplicity of twisting of the first pair is 9D, design pitch is 39.6 mm; multiplicity of twisting of the second pair is 11.5D, design pitch is 50.6 mm; multiplicity of twisting of the third pair is 13.5D, design pitch is 59.4 mm; multiplicity of twisting of the fourth pair is 16D, design pitch is 70.4 mm, direction of twisting is right-handed.
EFFECT: increased service life of cable, fire safety and noise immunity.
