FIELD: physics, photography.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to optical-electronic systems for generation and processing of infrared images, for which it is important to eliminate heterogeneity of photodetecting devices (PDD) by stage signals, and may be used in thermal imaging systems with scanning PDD. Result is achieved by the fact that stage signals are serially registered by PDD elements during scanning, communication functions of PDD element signals are determined by counts of neighbouring element signal pairs, and signals heterogeneity is corrected with their help.
EFFECT: correction of heterogeneity for scanning PDD with half scanner shift, relative to bar line width.
